Ensure your computer's camera and microphone can be accessed by therasoft.com and therasoftonline.com.
Clear your browsing history before clicking any links that Dr. Rockett sends.
Use earbuds or earphones to improve the quality of sound
Make sure you have privacy... no distractions, quiet room where you can speak freely
Disconnect all other devices in your home from your WiFi, including phones (except your computer of course). Doing so will improve the speed of your internet, and in turn, improve the video quality
